At the end of June, KBRG announced we were joining Compass in their mission to help everyone find their place in this world. This was a big step for our group, as it signifies our commitment to our clients to maintain the highest level of integrity in our profession. Compass boasts a brokerage of unparalleled agents with a proprietary platform that empowers us to do even more for our clients with the smartest tools available. We couldn’t be more excited to embark on this meaningful moment in a profession we feel privileged to serve in, and with a company of such high-integrity and purpose.

Together with the renowned Nicole Milford Real Estate Group, we are truly honored to be founding partners of the first Compass Real Estate office in Northwest Indiana. Both Nicole and I are beyond thrilled to join this exceptional group of high-integrity agents, expanding Compass’ growing presence throughout Indiana. We don’t take this responsibility lightly. We intend to go above and beyond in serving in our role, spending more time advising our clients, with more resources than ever before. Focused on assisting our clients in making informed decisions and navigating the buying and selling processes in seamless and financially smart ways, we are ready to advance the purpose of our profession.

Nicole and I are both ranked among the highest-performing real estate teams in Indiana. In Nicole’s first year with her group in 2021, she ranked No. 7 in volume and No. 10 in transactions in the state. KBRG is currently named among the nation’s top 1.5% of agents by RealTrends. Among other accolades, we recently broke records in KBRG and NWI history. In August 2022, we sold our highest-priced home to date in the prestigious The Preserve of St. John subdivision. This million-dollar home was also the highest-priced home closed on by a realtor in The Preserve, and it’s the fifth highest-priced home sold in St. John in the last 12 months prior to our sale. 

Both of our teams are dedicated, resourceful, and regionally intelligent in Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland real estate.
